McFadin Data and AI Advisory is a California S corporation. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information you share with us through this site and during engagements.

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service that does not set cookies or collect personally identifying information. Page views, referrers, and approximate country are recorded. Nothing about you as an individual is tracked across sessions.

When you email hello@mcfad.in or book a call through the calendar link, we retain what you send us so we can reply and prepare for the conversation. We do not share contents with third parties and we do not sell or rent contact information.

During paid engagements, any client data we receive is handled under the terms of the signed agreement. Consulting work product is kept confidential by default.
